Product Name: TCT Hole saw Black 35mm
Cutting Diameter: 35mm/1.37”
Working Length: 25mm/1”
Total Length: 106mm/4.17”
Material: Tungsten Carbide
Features:
Carbide hole saw cutter is extremely long lifetime, especially designed to cut alloy and stainless steel materials.
Quick, precise, smooth cuts into up to 5-25mm thick stainless steel, also for high alloy steel, aluminum, plastic, FRP and PVC.
The hole saw has a twist drill bit inside, which is detachable. Come with a hex wrench, make your job more convenient and easier.
Protect carbide teeth from impacting when the pilot drill bit through the cutting material.
Suitable to be installed onto hand held drill, table mounted drill, or other drills. Used for electric drill and provides excellent performance.
Note:
1. Check the integrity of the hole drill before use
2. The three surfaces of the corresponding shank shall be clamped when the hole drill is loaded into the electric drill
3. Maintain the perpendicularity between the hole drill and the workpiece when drilling
4. Small feed force is adopted at the beginning of drilling, and medium feed force is adopted after waiting for positioning
5. When drilling, the rotation speed should not be too low to avoid blade sticking and causing knife collapse
6. When the center is drilling through the workpiece, the force should not be too large to avoid violent impact between the blade and the workpiece
7. After drilling through the workpiece, the hole drill should be kept rotating to exit the workpiece
8. When drilling continuously, the cutting edge shall be cooled with cutting fluid
