GYS PLASMA CUTTER 31FV

The GYS Cutter 31FV plasma cutter is a highly versatile bit of kit, with flexible voltage capability.  Flexible voltage allows the unit to run on both 110V and 230V power supplies or any voltage between 85 and 265V.  Coupled with PFC (power factor correction) these run well on long extension cable lengths (up to 100m) and on weak power supplies.

Weighing only 12Kg, its a portable plasma cutter, which can run from a generator (+/-15%).  Its heavy duty casing and protection rating allow for use in industrial environments.

A pilot arc start does not require contact of the tip with the work piece.  Pilot arc eliminates the requirement for a HF (high frequency) start eliminating any electro magnetic interference from mobile phones, computers, radios etc.

The GYS plasma 31FV provides high quality cutting results even on painted surfaces.

Cutting capacities:

• Up to 15mm steel, stainless steel and cast iron (10mm clean cut)
• Up to 10mm aluminium and copper (8mm clean cut)
• Very accurate, the CUTTER 31 FV enables you to cut 0.6mm metal sheets at low intensity without distortion

Easy to use and connect to a compressed air system.

Included in this cost effective package is a work return lead, 4m integrated plasma torch, x2 electrodes and x2 nozzles.
