Pricing & VAT

All product and service prices listed by MYQ TRADING are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
A 5% VAT, as per UAE law, will be added to the final amount during checkout or at the time of invoice issuance.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will retain the agreed pricing unless otherwise discussed.

Delivery Policy

For Heavy Machinery:

We offer free delivery across all emirates within the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the machine type, location, and stock availability.

For Small Items (Tools, Accessories, etc.):

Free delivery on orders above AED 500.
A flat delivery fee of AED 30 applies to orders below AED 500.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number or live status updates through our customer support.

Please ensure accurate delivery information is provided to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and bank transfers (AED). Full payment is required before processing.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Get email/SMS confirmation upon order. Track your order via our website or support team.

Returns & Refunds
