If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 07 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 07 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Once the item is received at our center, it takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and 5-7 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
MYQ will issue you a full refund or store credit for the product, provided that it is returned to us new condition in its original packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the result is of our error. If the reason for return isn’t a result of our error, the cost of return shipping (AED 30) will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days,

How to Return Your Item
To return the item you purchased, please mail it to:

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.
You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
SHIPPING POLICY
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you when it will be available and the exact delivery time after your order confirmation.
2. Delivery Location
Currently, we accept orders only for UAE only. We are working on expanding our delivery network across the GCC countries soon.
3. Delivery Time
Stock and availability shown on this site is for your reference only. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
We arrange the delivery from our warehouse to your address. You will be responsible for providing correct and complete address information on the Site at the time of submitting the order.
Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days of the date of your order.
Business day mean Monday to Thursday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on weekend and public holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Our courier will contact you 3 times on your given mobile or phone number, and in case failure to reach you, we may hold your order for up to 7 days. In such a case, you will responsible for this delay.
Contact us to re-schedule the delivery. If we don’t hear from you after 7 days period, the delivery fee and 10% on the total invoice will apply as administration expenses.
4. Shipping Costs
All the orders more than AED500 for delivery in UAE are eligible free shipping.
A Flat Rate of AED 30 delivery charge for all orders below AED 500.
You can see the final cost of your order after adding an item to your cart. If the item you have ordered is oversized, an extra shipping charge may apply.
If your item exceeds a courier’s standard dimension or weight or vary the location of delivery they may charge an additional fee. We will communicate this with you before we charge your order.
5. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@myqtrading.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In addition to our returns policy, you have the legal right to cancel your order if your order has not yet been processed,

If your order has been processed and handed over for dispatch your order falls under the returns policy stated above. Please see the cancellation right section of our terms and conditions.
A cancellation fee will apply accordingly as per our cancellation policy.
