Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging, with valid proof of purchase.

Items returned after 7 days will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Return requests must be initiated through our customer care team.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, return shipping is free.

If not, AED 30 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (subject to your bank’s policies).

Refunds exclude original shipping and handling charges.
